These terms govern use of this website and demo-request messaging. Any paid pilot or ongoing service requires a separate signed agreement.
Trial and activation deposit
When offered in a signed pilot agreement, the 14-day trial carries a $0 service fee and begins on the agreed activation date. A $250 activation deposit may be required before setup. If the customer continues, that deposit is credited in full toward the first paid month. If the customer does not continue, the deposit is refundable according to the timing, usage, cancellation, and other conditions stated in the signed pilot agreement. The trial period does not depend on a guaranteed number of leads, conversations, bookings, or sales.
Service description
LeadLine provides missed-call response, conversational lead qualification, appointment-support, monitoring, and reporting services. Specific features, implementation details, usage allowances, support, and pricing are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
No emergency service
LeadLine is not an emergency, medical, safety, diagnostic, or dispatch service. Businesses remain responsible for emergency instructions, staffing, customer safety, technician decisions, and timely human follow-up.
No guaranteed results
Examples and projections are illustrative. We do not guarantee call volume, response rates, appointments, completed jobs, revenue, profit, or return on investment. Results depend on factors outside our control.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business information, lawful messaging instructions, authorized access, approved calendars and escalation rules, and timely notice of operational changes. Customers remain responsible for their services, pricing, licenses, claims, customer relationships, and legal compliance.
Messaging terms
If you opt in to LeadLine texts through this website, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, dangerous, or unsolicited messaging, or to misrepresent identity, professional qualifications, availability, or pricing.
Intellectual property
LeadLine and its site content, branding, configurations, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer data and customer-provided materials remain the customer’s property, subject to permissions needed to provide the service.
Third-party services
The service may depend on telecommunications carriers, software platforms, calendars, and other third parties. Their availability, policies, fees, and performance are outside our control. LeadLine is independent and is not endorsed by GoHighLevel.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, LeadLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the website or service. Final commercial terms will be governed by the signed agreement. We may update these website terms prospectively.
